Description

This 2.7‑mile project widens and reconstructs Partin Settlement Road from two to four lanes between CR 525 (Neptune Road) and Lakeshore Boulevard. Designed through an in‑depth alignment study, the project improves safety, traffic flow, and multimodal access. Key features include new drainage systems and stormwater ponds, upgraded signalized intersections at major cross streets, enhanced Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) technology, new street lighting, and a modified double box bridge culvert over Fish Lake Canal. This project will create a safer, more efficient, and visually appealing corridor for the growing community.
